Complete con artists yet still trading today. DO NOT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT. THEY WILL NOT PAY OUT CASHBACK!!! It is a disgrace that this Company is allowed to continue trading after all the negative feedback.

NONE, Rip off company will do anything to stop paying your cashback to you even though all T+C's are followed, SHAM

CASHBACK NOT PAID!!!!! STUPID EXCUSES MADE UP FOR NOT PAYING YOUR ENTITLED CASH BACK (Like you didnt send in all the
bill pages. Who is stupid enough to miss pages out! Then 3 different advisors tell u 4 different things all
contradicting ) THEY LOST MY BILLS AND NOW WONT PAY OUT MY CASHBACK.VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICES. They dont have any
manners or seem to have any supervisors or managers. Always refuse to help any further and give you contact details
which never work. i.e. emailed complaints@msols.co.uk over a month ago with no reply. Have faxed 0845 8909006 a
number of times and they always reject whatever you try to fax in. You cant with this company.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. ITS A HUGE SHAM. HAD 4 BAD EXPERIENCES IN MY FAMILY WITH THEM. MOTHER Was told SHE WONT
GET HER CASHBACK as she changed her talk plan within her 12month contract (She CHANGED IT AFTER THE 12 MONTH
CONTRACT HAD EXPIRED WITH THEM). They have made it impossible to get icashback as they want 3G to write to them
confirming this. 3G called them to explain plan was changed after 12months. Rainbow demanded a letter which 3G
cannot send out as only send out templated letters.
THEY LOST MY BILLS AND NOW WONT PAY OUT MY ANY CASHBACK claiming i didnt send all of the pages in. Idiots! I resent
them and at first they said they havent receievd my recorded delivery post. Now they say its over 15days so you have
breached the T+C's!!!

I agree with all the above reviewers. THEY'RE A TOTAL SCAM. I am still waiting for first cash-back, 4 months down the line. 2nd cash-back claim was sent 2 months ago and still no sign of this either.
I will definitely report them to the consumer-watchdog.
Bunch of freaudsters.
After multiple e-mails they keep saying cashback will be with me in 6 days! Yeah right...

free gift offer with mobile phone what a scam - after conflicting information given online and with welcome letter I received with mobile after i sent in a bill they never contacted me about this i rang them to check i had sent wrong bill and i told them the letter i had was different information to what they were saying they told me to send letter to them - no one ever rang back then i rang again to be told i had now missed the deadline by 2 days - therefore i would not be getting the nintendo wii as the free gift i ordered after taking out the contract with them. No one is english at the call centre you can not understand what they are telling you and they do not help you out as everyone tells you different information What a SCAM - STAY CLEAR THESE WILL RIP YOU OFF

i was nearly conned into buying the phone. Ordered one and before the deal went through, I heard that the company wasnt too reliable. Hence phoned them several times in an attempt to cancel but they still sent the phone to me after all the promises of cancellation. Dodgy!!!

The offers given by this company are fantastic but after trying to obtain the cashback redemption it is clear why they can offer such good prices. THEY DO NOT WILLINGLY GIVE THE MONEY BACK!!
It took over 3 months for them to pay up the 6 month cash redemption and after 4 months of telephone calls I am still to receive my 12 month cashback. Customer service staff regularly tell me that the money will be paid within 8-10 days but this has yet to happen.

Worst decision i have ever made, that is get my phone through them. Their phone lines are always out of order and i am on my 10th month of a 12 month contract but still have not received my first cash back. STAY AWAY FORM THEM
